Year 3: Incubation Phase

Reimagine Lab Year 3

Through an 8-month engagement, Reimagine Lab fellows further developed their concepts into projects. Early work included developing strategy documents, further user engagement co-creation, partnership development, and other due diligence to ensure all aspects of the project ideas have been fully flushed out. This effort included developing relationships with key partners, influencers, and funders.

Gobee worked with fellows as a coach and sounding board to incubate their ideas into viable projects through continued engagement and prototyping with their target community (user) group, developing further validation tests, expanding networks and other business model support. Activities originally were to be executed with a combination of in-person and remote engagements. Due to the global pandemic, some early efforts were slowed down, the Reimagine Lab fellows were amazingly adaptive in how they re-configured their projects to exclusively virtual engagements and collaboration.

This year fellows were provided with $75,000 in funding to launch their projects.
